If I understand correctly, you are referring to the Search Filters.The values do not dynamically adjust as filters for other columns are applied. That might be a nice feature to request in the Feature Ideas section.

I suspect it's still related since the core issue is that Google is not supporting third-party cookies. I would suggest contacting AppSheet Support.
