i have a list where i have names 
and three columns defining the prices 
1 with basic price
2 with extras 20%
3 with extra 30%

i wanna make a form view where the 3 prices columns are defined based on name , i wanna chose one name and if its related to basic price lets say to make the other two disappear 

is there anyway where i can link these together I'm kinda new to this

You can use the Show_If property on the columns.
