I am unable to start trace in my org. Receiving below errors.

It seems, the error is due to inactive of account.

Can we get the same account activated again.

You must be running into the same issue as here

Your org must have been decommissioned, due to inactivity.

Thanks for your response. Is there a way to get the same account activated again. If so, Could you please let me know the procedure for this.

@Kumarasamy V , No, There is no way to get the same account activated again. Please create a new account using different email address.

If possible, by deleting the existing account, can i use the same mail address for creating new account.

Because i want to use my office id for Apigee account.Could you please help on this. Thanks.
