WHAT IS THE ISSUE

- Error while Accessing DataStore

Unable to list, run, trace API proxies and create any resources such as KVM, Caches, Target Servers etc. Below errors are seen while navigating through Edge UI or enabling trace.

Error fetching Status Datastore not added to the pods of the organization :<org-name>

OR

Error creating trace session for API proxy <Proxy name>, revision 1, environment <env-name>. No message processors are wired with the environment(<env-name>) of the organization(<org-name>)

WHO IS AFFECTED

Some of the trial orgs which were found to be inactive (no runtime traffic on the org for more than 1 month as of Feb 2016) have been disabled.

WHY

In the month of Feb 2016, we (Apigee) did a cleanup activity on all inactive trial orgs. As part of this activity, any trial org which did not have runtime traffic for more than 1 month was considered inactive. We sent an email communication with the subject “Your free Apigee account will be deleted" in Jan 2016 to the owners of all such inactive trial orgs, requesting them to login to their respective trial account and make some runtime api calls to show usage for the current month or respond back if they want to retain their orgs. All the trial orgs for which we didn't get any response or appropriate actions were not taken by the trial org owners were marked inactive and disabled by early Mar 2016.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I'M AFFECTED

Register for a new trial org.

Can you please let me know the procedure to register for a new trial org , as I do get the same error , my org name is srmadhu

@Madhusudhana S R , Just signup for a new account using different Email Address & OrgName.

Is there a way to use the same email ID to register again? Probably by deleting the existing account? I do not want to create another email account just for this.
