Hello @F7_Benutzer  ,Welcome on Google Cloud Community.

The error message "failed no available discs try another time" indicates that there are no available disks to create a new instance. This can happen for a few reasons:

  • The zone is out of resources. Each zone has a limited number of resources, including disks. If all of the disks in a zone are in use, you will not be able to create a new instance.
  • Your project has reached its quota for disks. Each project has a quota for the number of disks that it can create. If you have reached your quota, you will not be able to create any more disks.
  • There is a problem with the disk type. The disk type that you are trying to create may not be available in the zone that you have selected.

To resolve this error, you can try the following:

  • Wait a few minutes and try again. The resources in a zone can change quickly. If you wait a few minutes, a disk may become available.
  • Choose a different zone. If the zone that you have selected is out of resources, you can try choosing a different zone.
  • Request a quota increase. If you have reached your quota for disks, you can request a quota increase.
  • Use a different disk type. If the disk type that you are trying to create is not available in the zone that you have selected, you can try using a different disk type.

Additionally, if you don't have higher that Basic support plan, you can always create ticket here : https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/new?component=187162&template=1163024
