Need help to identify rate-plan start date in a billing cycle.

We have set up a monthly recurring rate-plan. We need your help to identify an API that can provide us rate-plans start-date in the on going billing period.

rate-plan.startDate remains as rate-plan-created-date; rate-plan.paymentDueDays (=30) remains unchanged in the billing period.
