I've not done specifically with NodeJS but researching this for another
project I came across this post for Workspace user impersonation with
NodeJS which sounded like it might help.
You mentioned you added other BigQuery roles to your project but not
'BigQuery Job User' - my suggestion would be to test if adding this role
resolves the issue
