sir,In our gmail we have inbox,sent etc.But if we Replay to the sender that cannot be displayed in the list as Replay.kindly create a new column.

Alternatively, you can share feedback directly through your Gmail account. 

1. On your computer, open Gmail.
2. At the top right, click Help and then   Send feedback to Google.
3. Click Report an issue or Suggest an idea.
4. Describe your issue or suggestion.
5. Click Next.
6. Optional: To add a screenshot, click Capture screenshot. 
   • To highlight or hide parts of the screenshot, click Highlight or Hide Info.
   • If you don't want to include the screenshot, click Remove screenshot  .
7. Click Send.
