try to install new module in developer portal

I am trying to install module(workbench) but unable to install ,facing issue as shown in image. I also tried other method to install it mean unzip my file and place in site/all/modules folder but no success.

Module installation through UI will not work in cloud installed portals. You need to install modules using the codebase by copying the module into sites/all/modules/contrib directory. Apigee will provide pantheon dashboard & codebase access only to the paid customers & partners.

If you are trial user exploring developer portal, you cannot install a new module.
