What is the corresponding policy for activity-log(which exists in API Connect) in Apigee hybrid

Following is the use case I am trying to implement by logging process in Apigee hybrid.
need to log headers,parameters and payload as well from the request and set custom values using JS or assign message policy etc. Can you please details on what is the log policy we need to use.
