SAML authentication failed on the apigee developer portal

We use Apigee's SAML authentication on the portal and it hasn't worked for a few days.
After authentication on provider server, we return to the Apigee portal and that we have the following error:

Response doesn't have any valid assertion. Signature is not trusted or invalid

The SAML configuration is up to date including the certificate.
Can you help me please?

It seems this is a matter you should address with the help of the  Apigee support engineers. They can help you to troubleshoot and diagnose this problem.
