We are using the Microgateway with Analytics Plugin.
When there is an error on the target service, the analytics on Apigee Edge will log a Proxy Error instead.
We try to mimic the issue on our local dev environment. To reproduce this error message, we created a proxy pointing to a mock target http://mocktarget.apigee.net/statuscode/500 which generates a status code of 500 back as a response to the client.
Shouldn't this be classified as a target service error and not a proxy level error?

Are you using a raise fault policy in your fault rules or otherwise when dealing with the 500 response?
