Same proxy behaving differently on two APIGEE Gateway private cloud version 4.16.0.1 deployed on different machines

We have same proxy deployed on two Gateways version 4.16.0.1 on private cloud and are behaving differently.

I compares the two traces attached (working and not working) ,somehow not working one is not generating ServiceCallout.response from where I am checking the http status code and cookies coming from the response.

Error which I am seeing is

com.apigee.kernel.exceptions.spi.UncheckedException

Please find the both the traces and proxies (which are same).

Is there some problem in installation of gateway where it is not behaving correctly as this proxy was working fine before.

Please check.

Got the root cause from message processor logs.

It seems some infrastructure issue, where it is not able to resolve the HOST of the service call out.
