Nginx Error while installing Edge Private Cloud 4.52

Hi Team, Currently I am facing issue while installing router. It shows that apigee-nginx is required. Also as I doing offline setup installation so how do we solve this . Below is the Errror

Please help me on how we can do the apigee-nginx installation while installing router.
