Is there a way to get custom attributes defined at product level without using OAuth?

I have a usecase where i have defined custom attributes at product level .I want to fetch one of those attributes in the first policy(oAuth) that i have attached to my proxy.Is there a way to fetch those attributes before Authorizing it using oAuth?

Yes, You can use Access Entity policy to retrieve API Product details as well as custom attributes attached to it. More information you can find in documentation here.
