Creating service now tickets based on alerts

Hi All,

I have setup anomaly alerts for moderate and severe threshold and get emails whenever any event is generated.

Can we create service now incidents based on these alerts in APIGEE.

I am using APIGEE SAAS.

Can be done using third party tools but just wanted to check if there is any possibility to do this in APIGEE

Thank you.

You can configure a webhook INBOUND for ServiceNow.

Here's one article I found. There are probably others covering this.

Configure the ServiceNow webhook, as described in that article, then provide the ServiceNow URI in the alert/webhook configuration box for the alert in Apigee.

Ba-da-boom. Now when an alert occurs, SN will get notified. It's up to you to implement the ServiceNow webhook to open a ticket.
