If we want to do a Cassandra ring restore from backup, can we attach the prod backup to another instance like preprod. FYI.. if prod and preprod are two different orgs but same env and compute resource allocation? and same active and active configuration or active with D.R configuration of runtime (for both Preprod and prod are also in sync). Apigee Hybrid -1.6.x

But was not able to figure it out solution for above approach. Let me know, your thoughts or best practices on same.
