Apigee Hybrid requires Apigee controller restart to recognize new environment ?

Hi,

Once new environment is created in  existing apigee runtime instance, do that also require  restart to Apigee controller to enable the components to recognize the new environment ?  especially when doing an automated creation of environment?

Documentation indicated following

Step 6: Create an environment and environment group  |  Apigee X  |  Google Cloud

Note that when you create a new environment, you must assign it to an environment group. Environments that are not assigned to groups have no hostnames pointing to them, and are therefore not accessible.

But does not list anything on Apigee controller restart.

Please confirm in case missed anything from docs.

No, there should be no need to restart the controller.

Does your observation agree with that?
