Apigee upgrade from 4.14.07 to 4.16.01

I want to upgrade the existing apigee version from 4.14.07 to 4.16.01. Then would like to upgrade to 4.16.05.

Can anyone please let me know the steps for the upgrade ? I couldn't find any documentation for the upgrade.

Do you need the steps to upgrade to 4.16.01? See the Installation Guide on the Apigee ftp site: ftp://ftp.apigee.com/

Or, do you need the instruction to upgrade 4.16.01 to 4.16.05? Those are online here.

Actually I want to upgrade to 4.16.05, but to get to 4.16.05 I would require to upgrade to 4.16.01 first.

what credentials does the ftp://ftp.apigee.com url use ? Because I couldn't log in using my apigee account credentials

Those credentials are what you used to download 4.14.07 originally and are not the same as you use on apigee.com. If you no longer have the ftp credentials, please contact Apigee Support and they can get you new ones.

I realized that I need to upgrade to 4.15.07 first , then 4.16.01 and then 4.16.05. Does anyone have the upgrade install manual for 4.15.07 as I am unable to retrieve my credentials and its a little urgent ?

If possible please share the Doc/manual as I couldn't find here.
