Notes : Apigee recommends that you ensure that your servers' times are synchronized.
Meaning server running on different region and datacenters which runs Cassendra should be synchronized, hence each of such server will be running on different timezone, hence expectation is to run ntpdate on each Cassendra hosting server ?

The guidance is that it should be synchronized always. That means ntpdate should update during installation time. If you believe that systems time can go out of sync for whatever reason, you can add them as cron jobs and run them within 30 mins time interval (The usual apigee token expiry time).
Do you see any concern with this? The time should be synchronized for token expiration.
@rajeshmi Do we have guidance on running such commands, when CS across region with hybrid Envs ?
1) In terms of periods or times across such use case for all CS participating in such distributed use case to run listed command across.
2) Such command run, could be part of observability etc ?
