Q. : can we use PSC endpoint both to access Google APIs and accessing Google published Services  and Third party services ?

Looks like PSC backend can be used for Google APIs and accessing Google published Services  and Third party services. 

It will be good if we have comparison chart documented, then listing as separate section as indicated in current google doc

Service endpoints can be used to connect to google APIs and published services

But Apigee EndpointAttachment only supports published services, not Google APIs.
