invalid scope

When I try to log-in to my Adobe account at https://adobeid-na1.services.adobe.com/

I get this error.  

{"error":"invalid_scope"}

I doubt that I'm knowledgeable enough to be asking a question here, but I guess that goes without saying!

What I mean is, this forum is focused on Apigee, and most of us know nothing about Adobe.
