I am trying to connect to SMTP sever for sending Email, and using hosted target call.mail is sent, but the response is 500 server error, like somewhere its getting stuck.In runtime logs its showing "npm update check failed ".where proxy response: <H1>Err</H1>...

I have cleared the apigee level 1 certification on 19th december.but have not receive any cerificate and badges. when i checked on kryterion its showing the API Engineer certified.Any idea how and when I will get those?
