Hi , please suggest the best UI tool (Drupal 9 vs ReactJS) to develop a developer portal and to integrate with Apigee proxy and management apis.

How to compress the 50 KB data in apigee and to store in KVM as kvm value not allowing to staore more than 10kb data.

As per the document KVM limit , key limit is 2KB and Value limit is 10KB. But in my requirement , my KVM value is 500KB . Please suggest how to implement this. While I update the value in in KVM is throwing error.
