@Dino-at-GoogleSorry for the late response. It didn't work mean that api proxy is not deployed and it gave the error related to conflict that revision is already deployed.

@Dino-at-Google I think you missed to specify the call.Also as per documentation below, only override=true should work but in this case it's not working. Also I increased delay to 60 still it didn't work.https://docs.apigee.com/api-platform/deploy/de...

HiWe are facing this issue in 4.17.0.1 Private Cloud 9 node cluster also.Revision is deployed and traffic can flow, but flow may be impaired. Could not locate a resource.But the resource is present in org but still it fails and gives above error. Und...
