I navigate to an apigee.net url using firefox, I get the message that a
certificate has expired. The details are here

https certificate that expired on 9th April 2019.
Geez, no wonder there are not many questions, posting really hard.
Tellls me 60 characters are needed when there are 400 in the post. I
reduce further then notice another error saying II cannot create topics,
and certificate is invalid. Really unhelp...
