TLS version support for Apigee Hybrid 1.4.x

Whats the TLS version supported for Apigee Hybrid 1.4.x ? Is all TLS version from 1.0 to 1.3 supported for Apigee Hybrid 1.4.x ?

1)Per Apigee hybrid documentation did not list the TLS version

2) Firewall (External connection) docs indicates to list TLS 1.2 only.

3) Per Apigee Hybrid 1.2 release notes indicates following TLS version including 1.0 to 1.4, but could not find similar notes for Apigee Hybrid 1.4.x

Support TLS 1.3 for Northbound connections
