Do we have ways to regulate the outbound connection to internet to certain level ? in Apigee Hybrid

Hi,

Is there any ways to regulate number of concurrent outbound connections to internet to below certain level ? meaning say below 10 k (as an example for Apigee Hybrid to outbond connection) ? this is connection from Apigee Hybrid to backend.

If we have situation where such settings is already done for cloud team, then is there any ways for Apigee Hybrid to design to regulate such outbound connections ?

Understand about size for request and response for Apigee Hybrid (as indicated in Limits ) but this is something to do with concurrent outbound connections to internet to below certain level.

Any suggestions or thoughts ?
