Can we use Response cache policy in shared flow ?

I am using response cache policy in shared flow but policy is not getting executed in flow

Response cache policy needs to be added to proxy endpoint preflow request and target endpoint preflow response. In both places.

May be that is the reason it is not working for you. You can try adding in both places.
