How to configure pattern role ?

We want to create a role that allow users to work on proxies whose name match a pattern.

This will be possible in the future (Apigee X and hybrid) with support for IAM Conditions. While IAM Conditions is supported by Google Cloud now, we have not yet built Apigee to exploit that capability. The work is on the roadmap. I am hoping to see this by the end of 2021.
