Spike arrest policy - Set Rate without any rejection

Kindly let me know what is that recommends rate value.

When I had 12ps, getting more rejection and also let me know how can i calculate concurrent users access.

Now I set 30ps.

I have Load balance URL. Shall I remove spike arrest policy.

Please need your inputs to proceed further.

When I had 12ps rate that time getting many rejection. here we are using the nearly 3000+ users.

Kindly provide better options to resolve the issues.

Spike arrest limit depends upon the traffic your backend can handle.

If you set it to 10ps then it is 1000/10 = each 100 milliseconds will allow 1 request.

You can use identifier for putting it specific to user or app.
