Monitoring throughput of a router message processor

Hello, Is there a way I can monitor transaction rate on a route message processor ingress ? I understand it is an nginx server that handles ingres traffic and my goal is to check that the RMP remains within transaction processing limits.

Please clarify. I asked about ways to monitor the RMP node. Can I get the TPS rate ?
