Dev app is not listed when expanded

Hi There,

Due to some reason a dev app we created is listing when trying

GET: https://api.enterprise.apigee.com/v1/organizations/{org_name}/developers/{developer_email}/apps

But when I try to expand the details

GET: https://api.enterprise.apigee.com/v1/organizations/{org_name}/developers/{developer_email}/apps?expa...

The same is not listed in the response.

I am getting an app does not exist error message when trying

https://api.enterprise.apigee.com/v1/organizations/{org_name}/developers/{developer_email}/apps/{app....

But when I try to create one with the same name, it is throwing error saying app already exist.

Any thoughts why this might have happened ?
