Why create alerts is only working for developer app and not for company app? Company apps appear as undefined

as per my understanding comapny apps are used in case of monetization. do you have the subscription for monetization ?

As per my understanding developer app and company app are simillar, only difference comes in case of monetization. So, there could be the case of alerts by only developer apps.

I think so, this is a company subscription, but is it incompatible to have company apps with alerts by companies Apps?
