Is form entry issue fixed?

If I enter a form with more than 60 characters, with all of the requirements, does the form submission actually work? This question has more than 60 characters and a topic.

It takes a long time to complete but eventually it does.

It seems the problem has been fixed. It was related to a recaptcha script, if you can believe that.
