How to register for Google certified Apigee API certified engineer

Please go to this link https://cloud.google.com/certification/apigee-api-engineerIt says to register for exam but don’t see any certificate in webassessors. How can I register for Google certified Apigee API certified engineer, let me know.

As @Biswanath Bose share with me, and gcp answer me: There is a known issue in the testing platform that if you have previously registered for a Google certification, you will have to use a different email address to register for the Apigee exam.
