[URGENT] Eval API is pending deletion and it is used in production by mistake

I'm getting the following message in main dashboard:

Your limited evaluation org for non-production use is pending deletion.Select from our many offerings for continued usage, and access to more features, better performance and support.Not ready to yet? Contact our API Lifecycle Management consultants to discuss further.

This api is used in production by mistake. Can we migrate this API to another GCP project (with billing) while maintaining the same URL ?
