Impossible to delete a resource file from an organization : Resource is in use by...

Hi,

We have subscribed to the Apigee Edge Cloud.

We are currently using a Java resource uploaded on an organization.

We tried to delete it while using API Management APIs.

But the deletion failed with this error message:

To delete this resource we performed the following steps :

1. undeployed proxies and shared flows using this java resource
2. undeployed all the organization proxies and shared flows
3. deleted all the proxies and shared flow involved in the project
4. changed the content of the resource with a one-octet text file (with a PUT) but the proxies using this resource were still working as if the resource were still in the message processor memory (?)

Since then, days after days, we tried to delete this java resource, but it still remain undeleted from the organization.

How can we solve this issue? And how can we make sure that it will not be repeated?
