How long to get APIGEE Badge/Certificate?

Hi,

Do anybody have an idea on how long usually the badge or certificate sent to your mail?

I had taken the exam and passed 8 days ago. Upon checking kryterion support they had asked me to email gcp-edge-certification@google.com which I sent around 3 to 4 days ago, but got no response.
