Service Unavailable Error in edge UI API proxy page

Hi Apigeeks,

We recently upgraded to the new edge UI (from classic UI). Seeing an error when I am opening the API Proxies page and I notice that under "status" it is not green. Seeing a "Service Unavailable" error on top.

But when I open the API, it shows that it is deployed. Did not face this issue in other environment though

Below is a sample log entry from management-ui logs

How can I fix this ?
