Our Postgres server and QPID server is intermittently going down on our new India AWS Apigee environment.

version 4.19.01 onprem india

We have corn job to take system log backup for every day at 9.30 am. At this time after executing the cronjob our analytics components are getting down everyday.

we unable to find out why it is happening

after backup except Cassandra and postgres all other restart. So qpid restart is expected. Have you enabled autostart? Is there any scheduled activity happening by your AWS team at that time. As its at a particular time its not a component issue. Some job schedule is making this happen. Is your backup happening for multiple components at the same time?

If yes, then configure in such a way that your one component will go backup at a time.Jsut crosscheck if your all qpids are going for backup at the same time.
