Is there any way to track when proxies are deployed in environments?

I want to track when(timestamp) a proxy is deployed in particular environment(dev/sandbox). Is there any way to do it?

yes, you can go to proxy, in the left side dropdown select API Proxy History and see the deployed indormation.
