Change terms link on integrated portal sign-up and sign-in pages

The built-in authentication of the integrated portal includes a link to a /terms page. Is it possible to change this link to another page? In my case, I want to link to our terms in a different domain.

No, there isn't a mechanism for this today. Establishing redirects is a future story in our backlog, and I added a link to this thread for context.
