How the traffic will be routed to DR by Apigee?

Can I use javascript policy to update the TargetServer details after verifying the health check?

Kindly provide me with useful information about how can we routed to DR by Apigee

For traffic routing from apigee during DR activity the isFallback concept will be used. Apigee will check if all target servers failing then it will route the traffic to the fallback target which will be DR up target.
