I have successfully installed and set up a Drupal 8 based instance of the dev portal. At this point I would like to version the content such as "FAQ", API descriptions, and any other editable page in git. I read Drupal's guide to git (https://www.drupal.org/node/803746) but it does not seem to be applicable to dev portal.
Is there a document describing how to use git with the dev portal? Alternatively, if such a document does not exist has anyone successfully "versioned" dev portal in git.
