May I know what are the geography locations supported by Apigee edge for API management?

Apigee is used across the globe. You can have on-prem apigee hosted in your own datacenter or virtual private cloud in any location.

what about public cloud availability regions, may I get the region availability sheet?

public cloud is hosted on AWS and GCP. Up to my knowledge you need not to worry about the location of Apigee SAAS, it covers across the globe.
