login issue with community portal

Hi @APIGEE Community team/@google/ @Apigee Support,

I would like to log issue with respect to login issue.

I have couple of accounts in Community with different email addresses. Unfortunately, I am facing issue while login in with Email ID-1[veeraprasadd@gmail.com] its opening session with Email ID-2 [dveeraprasad83@gmail.com]. I have also tried to clear browser cache and used Incognito/private mode but no luck.

Not sure whether its only for me and unable to use proper link to raise my concern with support team. Because of which I had to raise question from community.

Please help me to resolve this.

I think rather than clearing the browser CACHE you need to clear COOKIES.

Try that.

I have tried to clear cookies as well, also tried other browsers but no luck. It keeps me logging in to another account.

Wow, I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. I can only imagine how frustrating that must be. Unfortunately I am no expert on the login mechanism for the community portal. When I have trouble like this, clearing the browser cache and cookies always resolves my problem.

At this point, I have some options for you.

  1. If you like I can disable one (or both!) of those accounts. If you want that, please confirm specifically which one.
  2. If you like I can reset the password for one or both of those accounts. If you want that, confirm which one.

I remember my password but lost Authenticator setup and able to receive Verification code. Unfortunately, when I tried from other system, It is now redirecting to other profile

- Clearing Cache of browser.
- Tried other browser.

Again created new profile page after I logged in.

As per my understanding, every time when I login, it keeps creating new profile page. I believe that I will not utilize my old user

I'm sorry, it sounds like the experience has been quite frustrating. I'm sorry i was not able to solve the problem for you.

I tried to login with my personal account not my company account that i am using now with no luck.
after the login i got redirect to registration page, i reset my password successfully but still when i tried to login through community alway redirect me to registration page, i tried by private window with no luck again. i don't know what is the issue but i can login to Apigee management APIs and create proxies without any issue.
