Error while tracing

Hello Everyone,

While I'm trying to trace any API Proxy I'm getting the following error:

Revision is deployed and Traffic can flow, but flow maybe impaired.

Error: Call timedout, either server is down or server is not reachable.

Can anyone please resolve this issue, so that we can continue our tasks.

Undeploy the proxy and deploy it again. probably try to deploy in a different environment and see if the error still persists.

@sarthak When I'm trying to re-deploy, I'm getting the same error and I tried it by changing the environment also but I'm facing the same problem.

Welcome to Apigee community.

Are you able to resolve this issue? I understand, this issue is across all APIs.

In case, these proxies are deployed to private cloud, could you ask operations team to restart MPs. After restart, again redeploy the affected proxy.
