Not able to see system-monitor.log in APIGEE 4.19.06

Hi team

We are not able to see system-monitor.log in /opt/apigee/var/log/<management-server> location which typically contains info like in table below

TimeStamp=25/01/1319:25;NextDelay=30MemoryHeapMemoryUsage={used =29086176}{max =64880640};NonHeapMemoryUsage={init =24313856}{committed =57278464};ThreadingPeakThreadCount=53;ThreadCount=53;OperatingSystemSystemLoadAverage=0.25;

Also not seeing /opt/apigee/edge-management-server/conf/monitoring.properties in 4.19.06

Can you suggest way to log this info in new APIGEE 4.19.06 @anilsagar
