Apigee sysadmin credentials error

Hi,

We have 4.19.01 setup and have external authentication with the Management UI and Api with Active Directory. I would like to know if the sysadm credentials authenticating to AD would be affected if Cassandra nodes are down.

Does sysadmin credentials have direct correlation with Cassandra going down. We have a 3 node cassandra cluster and two of cassandra nodes are down in my case.
